feat: remove Documents nav + add in-app Documentation page + BANKBOT_DOCUMENTATION.txt
- Removed 'Documents' from sidebar navigation - /documents now redirects to /chat (file analysis lives in AI Assistant) - Added 'Documentation' (BookOpen icon) to sidebar, route /docs - /docs page: 14 sections, left nav, animated section transitions, prev/next nav Sections: Overview, Quick Start, How It Works, Tech Stack, Features, Architecture, AI Engine, Security, Database, API Reference, Deployment, Use Cases, vs Real-World Banking, Known Limitations - Added docs/BANKBOT_DOCUMENTATION.txt: complete 700-line plain-text documentation covering all the same sections for offline reading / viva prep - languageStore: replaced 'documents' key with 'docs' translation key - Sidebar: replaced FileText/documents entry with BookOpen/docs entry88fa3b1
